  • 前言:传统螺旋卸船机与新结构螺旋卸船机对比

我司客户反馈,其下属港口于2012年5月投入了两台300t/h传统水泥螺旋卸船机,虽然在我们精心的维护下基本能正常作业。但工人劳动强度大,维护成本高,苦不堪言。

传统螺旋卸船机在运行过程中需不断加注润滑脂,虽有干油泵自动加注,但在干油泵添加润滑脂时工人满手粘上油脂,时间长了机台上也到处掉上油脂,造成安全隐患。卸船时经常油管碰断或断油,整个机台油迹斑斑,且加注大量油脂(10000t/60kg)费用高,污染水泥,浇注混凝土构件存在质量隐患。而新结构螺旋生产过程中无需加注润滑脂,只有卸完三、五船后在轴承处适当压注润滑脂,若轴承温度不高就不需加油。环境卫生得到保证,更环保、节能。

传统螺旋卸船机对工人技术要求、责任心更高,由于传统卸船机的同心度要求非常高,普通无维修经验工人无法完成此项工作。5—10万吨后需换垂直螺旋芯棒,20—30万吨需换垂直螺旋中间轴。合金芯棒、合金轴是非标产品,配件价格奇高。传统螺旋结构紧凑,维修空间小换合金轴难度高,且需多人配合,一节合金轴更换至少3- -5小时。而新结构螺旋由于是多节组成,对整体同心无要求。且螺旋两端轴承外置,在轴承内不缺油脂无需经常更换。整个结构体积小更换轴承方便,配件采用标准件,采购方便、成本低。

由于螺旋卸船机是非标产品需定制,钢结构全采用焊接件。钢结构在没有回火消除引力的情况下组装螺旋并投入生产,垂直梁、水平梁会出现不同程度变形,直接影响垂直螺旋与水平螺旋的同心度,造成螺旋卸船机严重损坏。新结构螺旋卸船机每节螺旋各成一体,对大梁变形要求不高,维护成本大大降低。

本公司于2015年10月2台水泥卸船机垂直螺旋更换为多节垂直螺旋,使用迄今未出现螺旋故障。工人劳动程度降低、公司维护成本缩减,皆大欢喜。


一、总述(Overview)

XXJ型多节垂直水平螺旋卸船机是我公司设计团队在近十年里结合国内生产使用实践并引进专利技术在二〇一三年开发的新一代多节垂直水平螺旋卸船机。

该产品结构新颖、简单,垂直提升物料能力强,运行平稳、可靠,使用成本低,适用于港口码头建材、冶金、化工、粮食、电力等行业干散粉料、小颗粒状物料的输送系统。

XXJ型多节垂直水平螺旋卸船机基本规格为:每小时最大设计卸船能力为200吨、300吨、500吨、1000吨、1500吨。卸船吨位为:百吨级内河散货船至十万吨级远洋散货船。

结构型式为:G固定式、X轨道行走式、C港口轮胎行走式、S船载式、CX车载式。

另外我公司还可以根据用户要求设计其它工况的物料垂直输送系统。

XXJ type multi section vertical screw ship unloader is a new generation of multi section vertical screw ship unloader developed by our company’sdesign team in 2013 combining with the production practice and the introduction of patented technology in the past ten years.

The product has the advantages of novel and simple structure ,the vertical material lifting ability very strong, stable and reliable operation,  low cost, suitable for conveying system of  dry powder material, small granular materials for building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, food, electric power and other industries in port.

Specifications  of XXJ type multi section vertical screw shipunloader  : Per hour maximum design ship unloading capacity of 200 tons, 300tons,500tons,1000tons,1500tons. The ship unloading  tonnage: Hundreds of tons of inland river bulk cargo to one hundred thousand ton ocean going bulk carrier.

The structure type is: G fixed, X track walking type, C port tyre walking type, S ship type, CX vehicle type.

驱动功率小运行能耗低 采用多节垂直水平螺旋物料传送结构,改变原垂直螺旋单机驱动的方法,单节驱动功率小,运行状况可靠,动力传动选型标准化,尤其在卸船能力500吨以上的垂直螺旋卸船机动力传动选型设计中优势显著。
垂直螺旋总长联接结构简单 采用多节垂直水平螺旋物料传送结构,取消了原垂直螺旋合金联接机构,保证垂直螺旋的动平衡的精度和真实性。垂直螺旋运行物理状态大为改观,保证垂直螺旋卸船机整机运行的平稳性、可靠性。
维护简单使用成本低 l  采用多节垂直水平物料传送结构,取消了原垂直螺旋合金联接机构。(该机构是易损件,价格昂贵,非标制作,调整精度高,更换非常困难。一套三节合金联接件,调整更换工作,三个熟练机械工需要24小时左右才能完成。)l  整机设备维护工作量只有原来的1/5。对维修工的技术要求也大大降低,设备故障同时减少。l  新一代多节垂直螺旋卸船机结束了原垂直螺旋卸船机在运行中连续加注润滑脂的历史。
垂直水平螺旋的整体结构刚性和同心度要求降低 采用多节垂直水平螺旋物料传送结构,对整体卸船机的正常刚性和同心度的变形可以忽略不计。原垂直螺旋卸船机的整机运行,对其结构件刚度、同心度要求极高,它们是整机设备正常运行的保证,是整机运行易损件使用寿命的关键。
综合成本 新一代多节垂直水平螺旋卸船机节能、效率高、维护少、使用成本极低,是原卸船机运行成本的1/3左右。(吨水泥耗电0.5度以下,运行耗材低,吨水泥0.3人民币左右)

Vertical and horizontal spiral structure rigidity and concentricity requirement is reduced. Using multi section of vertical and horizontal helical material conveying structure, normal rigidity and the concentricity of the deformation of the whole ship unloader is negligible. The machine running of the original vertical screw ship unloader has high requirements to the structure stiffness and concentricity.  They are the safeguard to normal operation of the equipment  and   the key to   the operation life  of the machine parts.
