1、选址

复合式卸船机（螺旋、斗提、皮带机组合），对物料无特定要求，高效节能环保，特别适用于卸水泥熟料等磨琢性物料，适用于卸船吨位10000吨—50000吨。

    • 物料储库

高架结构，库底装车，利浦卷板库，库容量为1000吨—5000吨，对地质状况要求较高，土建成本较大，制作周期短。
落地钢板焊接，库底气化出料万吨库，库容量为10000吨—30000吨，对地质状况要求不高，土建成本较低，使用寿命可达30年。

    • 后续输送设备

尽量使用空气斜槽为粉料输送工具，结合码头专用粉料提升机或码头专用封闭式粉料皮带机，脉冲布袋除尘器装车机等设备达到卸船、进库、装车之目的。

    • 水泥袋包系统

根据市场需求，散装水泥卸船进库后，可配备一套每小时袋装100吨（2000袋）的八嘴回转自动包装、计数、装车系统。
